A Clare hurling legend says the introduction of a sin bin to hurling would be a more realistic option than substiuting a player who picks up two yellow cards.
Liam Sheedys Hurling 2020 committee have proposed a subsitution system allowing a team to retain 15 players if one picks up a second yellow card, as they feel teams are often punished for minimal offences.

This is just one of a number of proposals that will come before Congress in a couple of weeks time, with many already voicing their opposition to it.
