Heaslip is recovering from a shoulder injury while O'Brien pulled out in the warm up for Saturdays win in Rome after damaging his hamstring.

Johnny Sexton will be available for the match but it's unclear if he'll start as he hasn't played since November.

Eoin Reddan and Cian Healy may also return to the match day squad while Rory Best is having a head injury assessed but it's not known if he has concussion.

Sean O'Brien should recover from his injury in time but ex Munster and Ireland forward Alan Quinlan doesn't think he should be included to face France as he hasn't played enough rugby lately.

In the Premier league

Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Alexis Sanchez will be available for their meeting with Leicester tomorrow at the Emirates.

The striker missed Saturdays 2-1 defeat to Spurs through injury.

In Golf

It's been confirmed that Shane Lowry is up to a career high 40th in the World rankings.

The Offaly man finished seventh at the Famers Open and missed the play-off by just two shots.

Rory Mc Ilroy remains number one
