Wales have been given an official warning by the sports governing body.

They used several players who are not part of their 31-man World Cup squad in a training session yesterday.

That's against tournament regulations, but World Rugby is happy that it wasn't a deliberate breach of the rules.

Gareth Davies has been given the nod to start at scrum-half for Wales in Saturday's match against England at Twickenham.

Mike Phillips isn't involved at all – with Lloyd Williams on the bench.

Wing Hallam Amos is preferred to  Alex Cuthbert in the starting fifteen, while Jamie Roberts, George North and Alun-Wyn Jones are among the players to return.

England have made three changes to their starting line-up.

Owen Farrell starts at fly-half, replacing George Ford, who drops to the bench.

Sam Burgess will form a centre partnership with Brad Barritt, as Jonathan Joseph hasn't recovered from a chest problem.

Number eight Billy Vunipola is in for injured Ben Morgan.
