Cooraclare Boss Unconcerned Ahead Of Championship Clash

Cooraclare boss Ger Lawlor says he's not concerned by the manner his side have been winning games this year, so long as results continue to go their way.

The Sky Blues have won each of their three championship games by the minimum, with late scores in each clash giving them the win.

This included victory in round two over then reigning champions Cratloe, and Lawlor, a resident of Cratloe, says he's hopeful their run continues.

Throw in on Sunday in Kilmihil is at 3.30pm, live commentary here on Clare FM in association with Manix Menswear, Lower Market Street Ennis.

The intermediate football title will also be decided this weekend with Kilmihil and Corofin facing off tomorrow afternoon.

Corofin were at this stage in 2014 before losing out to Wolfe Tones, while they lost to this weekends opposition when the sides met in the final group game this year.

Kilmihil were beaten in both the 2012 and 2013 finals, and manager Michael O'Shea from Kilkee, himself a former Clare senior star, says the club are desperate to get back to the senior ranks.

That game underway tomorrow afternoon in Miltown from 2.15pm
