Cian Healy will start for Ireland for the first time since March in Ireland World Cup clash with Romania on Sunday.
His inclusion is one of 12 changes to the side from the one which beat Canada last weekend.
Jamie Heaslip takes over the captaincy from Paul O'Connell who is named on the bench.
Ian Madigan starts at outhalf alongside Eoin Reddan.
Simon Zebo, Tommy Bowe and Keith Earls are also in the starting 15.
