Galway have dashed Clare's hopes of reaching the semi-finals of the National Camogie League.
Amid heavy underfoot conditions in Clooney, Galway took charge of the game against a much-changed Clare side.

Aoife O'Donoghue scored an early goal for the visitors, while Ciara Murphy scored another for them to give Galway a 2-3 to 0-5 lead at half-time.
Clare's first-half scorers included Chloe Morey and Orlaith Duggan.
Galway pushed on in the second half, with Ailish O'Reilly and Shauna healy adding to their goalscoring tally, while Clare scored a late goal through Chloe Morey.
Galway, however, ran out comfortable winners 4-11 to 0-5.
