The West clare outfit took Jack Daly home last year for the first time since 1990, and start off this years campaign against Wolfe Tones tomorrow morning.

That one gets underway in Cusack Park this morning at 11am.

There are three more games down for decision this afternoon.

Neighbours O'Currys and Kilkee meet in Doonbeg, with the Blues hoping to reverse the loss they suffered from today's opponents in 2015.

Kilkee boss Kevin Shaloo is hopeful they can get back to the knockout stages.

That one throws in at 3pm in Doonbeg.

The action moves this evening to Miltown, where Kilrush and St Breckans square off for the third time in 12 months.

The Shams won that first meeting, before the North Clare men exacted revenge at the quarter final stage.

Kilrush manager Mick Liddane feels its vital to get that first championship win

Throw in there is at 5.30pm.

The action rounds off in Cooraclare at 7.30pm when Ennistymon take on Lissycasey.
