Huge crowds are expected this weekend in Kilkee for the 32nd running of the Hell of the West Triathlon.
Competitors will take on a 1500m swim in Kilkee Bay before a 44km cycle, ending with a 10km run in the west Clare town.

Race director Mark Kennedy says the course is one of the best he has experienced.
The event gets underway tomorrow morning in Kilkee at 9.30am, with final registration from 6pm this evening at the Kilkee Bay Hotel.
