A member of Clare's 2013 All Ireland winning hurling team will represent the Banners soccer side this season.
Newmarkets Colin Ryan has been added to Donie Garrihys side as they prepare to get the defence of their Oscar Traynor title underway.

It's understood Ryan is looking to play a dual role this year, with that decision likely to be influenced by whoever is appointed as Clare Senior Hurling manager for 2017.
