Ballyea To Find Out Clare SHC Final Opponents

Ballyea will find out their opponents in the 2016 Clare Senior Hurling Final this afternoon.

They advanced to just a second ever decider with a 0-22 to 2-13 victory over Feakle in Cusack Park, with Tony Kelly accounting for 0-8 of that tally.

Ballyea club chairman Pat Moylan says it was a huge day for them.

Cratloe and Clonlara will battle out this afternoon for the right to join them in this years decider.

Cratloe are attempting to reach the Clare Senior Hurling and Football Final for the second time in three years as they bid for another double title win.

Manager Joe McGrath has no concerns about their busy schedule

This afternoons game will see several of the current Clare Senior Hurling panel in direct opposition, with the likes of Podge Collins, Conor McGrath, Colm Galvin, John Conlon and Darach Honan set to feature.

Clonlara boss Damian Power says any friendships will be left to one side for the hour.
