Two former All Ireland winners with Clare could be set to team up as part of the 2017 Senior Hurling Management.
Double All Ireland winning captain Anthony Daly has been nominated as manager for the coming year, with former team mate Brian Lohan understood to be part of Daly's proposed backroom team, along with former Tipperary All Ireland winner Tommy Dunne.

The three time U21 winning duo of Donal Moloney & Gerry O'Connor are also nominated, with the pair likely to share managerial responsibilities.
It's not yet known if any other candidates are in the running, with the board expected to progress the process in the coming days ahead of weeks October meeting.
