McMahon: Kilmurry Eager To Make Up For Lost Years

One of Kilmurry Ibrickane's key players insists they're eager to put past disappointments behind them in Sunday's Clare Senior Football Final.

The Bricks will look to take Jack Daly over the Hand Hill for the 14th time in the clubs history when they face Cratloe in Cusack Park.

County star Martin McMahon is likely to line out at centre back for Kilmurry, he says a huge effort has been made so far in 2016.

Meanwhile their opponents Cratloe will be bidding to claim just their third ever title, with all those victories coming in this decade.

The south east Clare side have been dealt an injury blow ahead of the game, with Conor McGrath ruled out while there are doubts over the fitness of Conor Ryan.

Pierce DeLoughery will captain the side from the goals, he says it would be a proud moment to captain his club to victory.

Throw in on Sunday is at 3.30pm, live commentary here on Clare FM in association with Jones's Supervalu Miltown Malbay
