Ballyea Eager To Make Most Most Of Second Bid For Title

The man who will lead Ballyea in Sunday's Clare Senior Hurling Final replay says they're eager to make the most of their second bid for the title.

Tony Kelly's late strike looked to have clinched the title for Ballyea two weeks ago before an even later point for Clonlara saw the game finish level.

Kilmihil native Stan Lineen says they're glad to have another chance to take the Canon.

Meanwhile Clonlara manager Damien Power is confident his side have made the neccessary improvements ahead of Sunday's game.

The south east Clare men led by 5 points midway through the second half, before being reeled in by their opponents.

Power says it's something they will have to be wary of on Sunday.

Throw in at Cusack Park on Sunday is at 3pm, live commentary here on Clare FM in association with O'Sullivan Hansbury Motors, Kilrush Road Ennis.
