A new report claims smuggled cigarettes are 'the new cocaine' trade of the early 21st century.
The research carried out by a former lead investigator in the Criminal Assets Bureau estimates nearly 1 in 4 cigarettes is part of an illegal trade that's costing the exchequer a quarter of a billion euro a year.
