Deputy Michael McNamara believes the latest blow to the company is a reflection of the Government's failure to listen to constructive proposals on Irish Water from the opposition and its own backbenchers.
He says he'll continue to support the establishment of a state utility for water infrastructure but believes Government policies need to be re-visited.
