Cranberries singer Dolores O'Riordan has been summonsed to court in Ennis for a hearing due to take place today.
The Director of Public prosecutions has recommended that the 43-year-old faces three minor assault summonses relating to an alleged assault on a plane that landed at Shannon Airport.

The Aer Lingus flight had just landed from New York's JFK Airport on November 10th last when the alleged incident took place.
Dolores O'Riordan is also facing an additional summons of resisting arrest on the same date.
