Clare farmers have joined a protest in Brussels today over prices paid for their produce.
The protest which has been organised by the Irish Farmers Association and joined by members of the ICMSA was organised to coincide with a crisis meeting of the EU Farm Council.
Farmers want reform of support measures and are calling on EU Agriculture Ministers to meet and discuss the crisis in the dairy industry which has seen milk prices plummet in recent months.
Clare IFA Chairman Andrew Dundas is in Brussels and says farmers are extremely angry.
