People in Clare are being urged to raise a cup as "Ireland's Biggest Coffee Morning" takes place today.
Now in it's 23rd year, the event raises funds for the Irish Hospice Foundation and to date, around 32 million has been raised nationally.

An event is taking place at Cahercalla Community Hospital in Ennis this morning.
Fundraising Manager Mary Moloney says all money raised will go back into the local community.
