A property asset developed by a Clare businessman during the boom has been put on the market for 185 million euro.
The Elmpark Urban Campus on Merrion Road in Dublin, which is controlled by NAMA, is being put up for sale today in the largest transaction of its kind this year.

The site was developed by former billionaire property developer and Clareman Bernard McNamara with money from Anglo Irish Bank.
The development is situated on 17 acres and the sale includes office space for 3,500 workers and 218 apartments but insurance company Allianz and pharmaceutical group Novartis already occupy some of the space.
It has been introduced to the market by estate agents DTZ and Savills who have managed the estate for the past four years.
