Repair works will get underway on Clonbony Bridge on Wednesday this week.
Contractors have been appointed by Transport Infrastructure Ireland, formerly the NRA and the contract is due to be signed today.

The bridge on the N67 has been closed for a number of weeks following flood damage, which businesses in Miltown Malbay say has led to the loss of jobs and up to 80 per cent of custom.
Spokesperson for TII, Sean O’Neill says the matter is being treated with urgency.
