Dublin Fire Brigade is setting out a time frame for remedial works at the Longboat Quay apartment complex, which was built by a Clare developer.
The 299 units in Dublin's Docklands have failed fire safety standards.

The notification is being sent to the management company of the apartments, as well as Lisdoonvarna developer Bernard McNamara's Gendsong Ltd and the Dublin Docklands Development Authority.
It's outlining exactly what work is needed to address fire safety issues.
Speaking in the Dail yesterday evening, Renua leader Lucinda Creighton said it shows the need for stricter building regulations.
