Heavy Fog is leading to dangerous driving conditions across Clare this morning.
Met Eireann issued an orange weather alert last night which will remain in place until 11am.

Motorists are being warned that visibility is reduced to less than 100 metres and are being urged to switch on their dipped headlights and keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front.
Willemien Phelan from Met Eireann says that the fog cover will be slow to disperse.
