A Clare TD is criticising Operation Thor saying that targetting burglary hotspots is forcing criminal activity into other areas.
The Minister for Justice has dismissed claims that the Government response to the rural crime wave is an election stunt and has reitterated that ten gardaí have been appointed to the Clare Garda Division this year as well as additional cars.
