The treatment team leader at Bushypark Addiction Centre in Ennis says minimum pricing for alcohol can help change attitudes to drink in the country.
Minimum pricing is one of a number of measures in a bill due to come before the Dáil which aims to tackle binge drinking and the nation's trouble relationship with alcohol.
