Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following an armed robbery at a shop in Ennis.
A man entered O'Dowd's Shop, in the Turnpike area, on Wednesday evening last around 6.40 armed with a knife.

He threatened staff and made his escape on foot with a sum of money after it was handed over.
Gardaí in Ennis are investigating and are appealing to anyone with information on the incident to come forward.
