Aleading anti-water charges campaigner in Clare says she has no confidence in a Fianna Fail commitment to seek the abolition of Irish Water as part of negotioans on forming a new government.
The party says it is in favour of scrapping the utility and returning responsibility for collecting water rates to local authorities.
It's planning to make water charges a central plank of of government talks, while Taoiseach Enda Kenny says he's prepared to discuss the issue.
