Clare's Fianna Fáil TD believes the ongoing dispute between Luas Drivers and Management goes beyond pay issues.
Timmy Dooley, who is the party's Transport Spokesperson is commenting as the Luas drivers' union SIPTU claims it can't rule out an 'all-out' strike.
