The semi-detached two-storey property at Lake Shore Marina includes an unusual feature, namely shared access to berths on the River Shannon.

It was sold online by Allsop Ireland, and was subject to a number of bids before reaching 171 thousand euro.
An apartment on the Kildysart Road in Ennis was due to be sold in the same auction, but was withdrawn.
