It comes as voting to elect the next president of the Irish Farmers' Association gets under way at branches across the country later today.

The organisation's 75,000 members will have the opportunity to elect a new leader to replace Eddie Downey, who resigned in the wake of a pay scandal last November.

Andrew Dundas says despite the challenges faced by the organisation during his tenure, he's enjoyed his time in the role.
