Teachers are warning that there is a 3-tier pay scale in their profession.
It's estimated that over a lifetime new entrants will earn around 100-thousand Euro less than senior colleagues, hired before 2011.

The country's three teachers' unions – the ASTI, TUI and INTO will hold annual conferences today where it's expected pay will top the agenda.
