A woman and two young children escaped injury after their car crashed near Corofin this morning.
The incident happened shortly after 9.00pm on the Ennis road about a kilometre from Corofin,
The vehicle crashed into the wall at the front of the a house before flipping over several times.
The driver and one of the children were able to exit the vehicle themselves while locals helped the second child from the car.
An ambulance and rapid response vehicle along with two units of the fire brigade responded to the incident.
On arrival, paramedics found that the driver had been taken from the scene by car.
The children were assessed at the scene by paramedics but were found to have been uninjured. They were left in the care of their father.
Gardaí from Ennistymon are investigating the cause of the accident.
