A leading economic expert is warning that Ireland has become over reliant on foreign businesses setting up here.
Professor Brian Lucey of Trinity College says the collapse of the Allergan deal shows the problems of attracting overseas firms.

The multi-billion euro merger with Pfizer fell through today, after the US tightened its tax arrangements for companies locating abroad.
It had been hoped the New York pharmaceutical giant Pfizer would set up a new HQ in Dublin after it took over local firm Allergan.
