A Telecom's company CEO claims the Ireland's broadband strategy is failing counties like Clare.
Mark Kellet of "Magnet" will present the company's Regional Business Barometer – a study of small and medium enterprises in Ireland – at a Midwest Business Breakfast event at the Inn at Dromoland later this week.

Ireland's Broadband Plan aims to have high speed internet connections rolled out to every home in the country by the year 2020.
However, Mark progress on this is too slow and insists there's already infrastructure in place to deliver a better bradband service.
