A new survey has found house prices in Clare have risen by 12% in the last year.
Daft.ie's latest House Price Report shows the average price in the county is now 150,000 euro – 25% above its lowest point.

Prices have risen at nearly double the national average here, while the number of properties for sale nationwide is at its lowest level since 2007.
The author of the report Ronan Lyons says the price rise is the continuation of an upward trend in Clare.
