The Bishop Emeritus of Killaloe says he would "rejoice" if priests were allowed to marry.
In a wide-ranging interview on Clare FM's Morning Focus, Bishop Willie Walsh said he sometimes found celibacy to be a deprivation, and admitted that there were times when he questioned whether he should leave the clergy.

The comments come as Bishop Wilile prepares to launch his autobiography, 'No Crusader', at Ennis Cathedral tomorrow night.
He believes the issue of celibacy should be examined by the Catholic Church
