The Independent Alliance says Fine Gael will have to agree to radical reforms – if the group's to support the party in a minority government.
A draft agreement is due to be drawn up over the coming days, following the the conclusion of extensive talks between Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil last night.

However the Independent Alliance's Shane Ross, says the group's 6 votes for Enda Kenny as Taoiseach are not a forgone conclusion.
