Clare has received two nominations in this year's IPB Pride of Place competition.
Clare Bus, the registered business name of Clare Accessible Transport, has been nominated to participate in the Reaching Out Initiative category while Ogonnelloe Exchange will take part in the Community Enterprise Initiative category.

The local community development organisation was established last year and has already facilitated the development of a cafe, and the 4-kilometre footpath between Ogonnelloe and Tuamgraney.
Doonbeg Community Development won first place in their category in last year's Pride of Place Awards, while Killaloe, Tuamgraney and Miltown Malbay have also been honoured in recent years.
