Today is National Time to Talk Day, which is part of the Green Ribbon mental health awareness campaign.

The initiative is supported by Shine which is dedicated to the rights and empowerment of all people affected by mental ill health.
The organisation provides a peer support group in Ennis and MidWest Regional Development Officer, Ann Marie Flanagan says attitudes towards mental health have changed considerably in recent years.
