The sister of one of the victims of the Birmingham pub bombings is appealing for the culprits to come forward.
Today, a coroner in the UK ordered fresh inquests into the deaths of the 21 people who were killed in the 1974 attack, due to new evidence.

The inital inquests were closed after 6 men were jailed for bombings, but their convictions were ruled unsafe in 1991.
