Armed guards are accompanying the Irish football team ahead of tonight's European Championship kick off in France.
Tensions are high amid terror threats following last November's ISIS attack in Paris.

And around 100-thousand Irish supporters, from both North and South of the border, have been warned to prepare for major security checks.
Fans have also been advised that a series of strikes could delay them reaching their matches on time with planes and trains affected.
Despite that, Ireland's most famous football fan, Davey Keogh, has high hopes for the tournament.
