Concerns have been raised about the impact of commercial car wash facilities on their residential neighbours.
Ennis Fine Gael Councillor Johnny Flynn has sought clarity from the Council on what powers they have to address issues relating to noise and the environmental impact of car washes, which are often based at petrol stations.
