Sinn Fein will attempt to remove former Housing Minister Alan Kelly's pay-by-weight measure in the Seanad today.
The Party will bring forward a motion to annul the legislation for the controversial new charges.

Gerry Adams says his Party opposes the government's decision to freeze them for a year and says Fianna Fáil's decision to support the freeze, instead of scrapping them, is 'reprehensible'.
And the Party Leader says the current dispute falls at Alan Kelly's feet.
