They'll talk about what happens next – after the vote to leave the EU.

Doctor Charles Tannock is a Conservative MEP – he outlines what he wants to see in the coming weeks and months.

President Michael D Higgins will address members of the Scottish Parliament later, as they attempt to keep their country in the EU.

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon will speak to the European Parliament president Martin Schulz in Brussels, but it's thought she won't be granted a meeting with European Council chief Donald Tusk.

The majority of Scots voted to remain in the European Union.
