Ryanair is expected to confirm two new winter routes from Shannon Airport today.
The announcement will see Shannon’s winter sun schedule double from two to four destinations.

For the first time in seven years, Ryanair will fly between Shannon and Malaga on the Costa Del Sol, while the low cost carrier is also expected to confirm a resumption of winter flights to Fuerteventura.
Sixmilebridge Councillor John Crowe, who was elected Cathaoirleach of the Shannon Municipal District last evening, is welcoming the news.
