A man is in a critical condition in hospital after being shot in Co Limerick.
Its understood he was shot by a garda.

It is understood there were a number of gardai in the area at the time.
AA Roadwatch is reporting that the Shanagolden/ Newcastle West Rd (R521) is closed at Jobbers Cross due to 'an incident'.
