Ryanair is adding two weekly flights to Lanzarote from Shannon next summer, however it will carry fewer passengers overall.
The airline has announced additional services from Shannon and Cork for summer 2017, but says it's taking 3% of its seats from Dublin after the DAA withdrew growth incentives.

At Shannon, Ryanair says it will carry over 700,000 passengers on 14 routes next year, that's down from their target of around 800,000 in 2016.
The airline won't be operating routes to Paris Beauvais and Memmingen.
Head of Aviation Development for Shannon Airport Declan Power says negotiations with Ryanair and other airlines are continuing.
