There'll be traffic disruption on the Tulla Road in Ennis over the next twelve weeks.
Construction is getting underway today on the Cappahard/Oakleigh Wood roundabout, which is aimed at improving safety on one of the towns main arteries.
A quarter of a million euro has been allocated towards the project which has been given the go-ahead following a ten year campaign by local residents.
A traffic light system will be in place on the Tulla Road at various stages with a diversion system in place in Cappahard Housing Estate for a two-week period.
Updates on the project will be posted on the Clare County Council website and also through the councils various social media outlets.
