A scheme aimed at conserving the unique heritage, environment and communities of the Burren has been extended.

Over 200 farmers have been accepted into the scheme in the first tranche and it's hoped that this number will be built on in successive tranches.
Dr Brendan Dunford of the Burren Life Programme says increased funding means more farmers will be able to get involved.
