The Afternoon Show – Monday December 2nd 2013

On today’s Afternoon Show Máire spoke to Conor Pope, Consumer Affairs Correspondent with The Irish Times about Cyber Monday, which is today. It seems it’s the busiest day for online shopping in the run up to Christmas. 55% of Irish people are expected to purchase gifts online this year with a total spend of €12 per person.  Many concerns over online shopping are in fact overstated as Conor explains online shoppers have even greater rights when it comes to refunds on purchases.
