Ennis Gardai are appealing for information following a suspected attempted abduction of a number of children.
At around four o clock yesterday afternoon the driver of a black jeep registration 08 CE made an approach to two young girls in the Drumadrehid area.
However the children became scared and ran off.
The black jeep then headed in the direction of Darragh, but was later seen back in Drumadrehid at around twenty past seven yesterday evening.

Gardai say there was a silver bull bar on the front of the black jeep and the word Thunder written along the side.
